Your survey answers, election selections, and personal notes remain in this page's memory. PollySigh does not store them in a voter profile, put them in the web address, or send them to our servers, any AI service, or an error tracker. This stays true when you send feedback: the feedback form never includes your survey answers.Proposed — not audited

Refreshing the page, closing the tab, or pressing Erase My Answers clears them. It does not delete snapshot files you have already downloaded.Proposed — not audited

If you choose to download a snapshot, a copy containing your selected information is created directly on your device. You control that file and where it is saved. PollySigh does not receive or retain a copy. Anyone with access to your device, or to the place where you save the file, may be able to open it. Delete the file when you no longer need it.Proposed — not audited

Feedback is sent only if you fill in the feedback form and press Submit. It is stored separately from the survey and never includes your answers, issue choices, candidate views, or notes.

We keep only the category you chose, your message, a random record number, and the time it arrived. We don't ask for your name or email, and we don't attach any visitor identifier.

To help prevent duplicate submissions, we temporarily store a one-way code derived from the feedback message rather than another copy of the message. The code is deleted within 10 minutes.

Feedback is scheduled for automatic deletion 90 days after it arrives.

Within PollySigh, only the authorized administrator can access submitted feedback. Our hosting and storage providers may technically process or access information as necessary to operate their services.

Please don't include personal details, your voting choices, or your survey answers. If you do, anyone with administrator access could read them until the message is deleted.Proposed — not audited

The companies that host this site and its feedback storage may automatically record standard technical logs, such as your connection address, the time, and which page or service was requested. Those logs never contain your survey answers. They may show that feedback was sent from your connection, but PollySigh doesn't control them today. Because of these logs, we can't promise that feedback is completely anonymous.Proposed — not audited

Our hosting provider may set technical cookies for security and site delivery. PollySigh does not use these cookies to track your political interests or choices.

If the app itself crashes, a technical error report may be sent to the editor. Those reports aren't designed to include your answers, but this hasn't been independently checked.
